General reseller hosting account setup:
What are the settings for my reseller account?
Your web hosting reseller welcome email contains the specific settings for your reseller account such as your ip address. In the period before your domain name propagates (typically 24 - 48 hours) to our servers, use your ip address to connect with ftp, start uploading your web pages or login to cPanel and Web Host Manager.
Accessing cPanel / Web Host Manager and/or uploading site:
Upload your website to the "www" or "public_html" directory using your ftp client, cPanel's file manager or your website design software such as Dreamweaver or Frontpage.
Important: Until the domain name propagates you can access your cPanel control panel at: https://your.ip.address:2083
To add websites, domains to your reseller account and for reseller info, log into Web Host Manager at: https://your.ip.address:2087
After your domain propagates to our servers, log into your cPanel control panel by going to: https://www.your-domain-name.com:2083 (secure) or http://www.your-domain-name.com:2082 (insecure)
DNS settings for web hosting reseller master accounts:
Domain Name Servers (DNS) - There are 2 private name servers assigned to each reseller hosting account. In order for the name servers to become effective, they must be registered with the registrar of the domain which will be used for your reseller account.
In order to register these name servers, log into your domain registrar and look for an option to "Register Name Server" or "Register DNS". Note, your are not registering a new domain name so there is no additional charge from your registrar. Contact your registrar for assistance if you encounter any issues while registering your name servers.
Use the information below to register your name servers. Please substitute your actual domain name and ip address when making the following changes at your domain registrar:
Example: - remember to use the information in your welcome email:

If you are unable to register your name servers using this information, contact your registrar for specific information on setting up your domain name or register / transfer your domain to Harvey Hosting Solutions.
Registering your domain name servers (dns) at Godaddy
Instructions for setting up your main account and customer accounts:
In order to allow you maximum flexibility in managing your reseller account, your main account may be managed within your hosting reseller account in the same manner as your resold web hosting accounts.
After logging into Web Host Manager, your first step should be to create a new web hosting plan (Package) and assign your main account to it. This is necessary in order to make resources available for other accounts.
- Log into your WHM account by going to: https://your-ip:2087 (after domain propagation, use your domain name instead of your ip - https://www.your-domain.com:2087)
- Go to the Packages section and click Add Packages
- Add a package name such as: Main
- Add resources to the following fields:
- Quota = storage space for the account
- Bandwidth = transfer limit for site
- Cpanel Theme = the X theme is very popular
- Other fields may be modified as desired
- Click the Create button
- Go to the Account Functions section and click Upgrade / Downgrade an Account
- Select your account and on the next screen select the plan to assign to your domain name
You may create as many web hosting packages as you need for your hosting offerings.
To create a new account:
- Go to the Account Functions section and click Create a new Account
- Input the appropriate account information and choose a plan
- Click the Create button
cPanel / Web Host Manager includes an extensive online help system in case you have any questions.

- Log into the SiteStudio administration page by going to: http://67.19.252.194:8080/servlet/psoft.masonry.Admin - use the same username and password as your reseller hosting account login information.

Ensure the full domain is used with the trailing "/" in the "host" field.
- Click the Add User button to complete the account creation.
- After the screen reloads, click the Login button to ensure it's possible to log into SiteStudio using your client's information.

Web hosting clients should navigate to: http://67.19.252.194:8080/servlet/psoft.masonry.Builder
Their username and password should match the username and password for their cPanel login information.

Answer: 5
Question: How can I add SiteStudio licenses to my account?

purchase requirement of 5 licenses.
Question: What is the cost of additional SiteStudio

Fantastico Deluxe availability with reseller hosting accounts:
Fantastico is automatically installed with and is available with all web hosting accounts created through Web Host Manager in your master reseller account. There is no additional charge for Fantastico Deluxe.
Registering dns servers at Godaddy:
Harvey Hosting Solutions offers domain name registration and domain transfer services. Customers who use our domain registration service don't need to worry about making any configuration settings for their domain as we take care of all the settings for you.
To register your domain name servers at Godaddy:
- Log into your account.
- Go to Manage Domains
- Select the checkbox to the left of your domain name.
- On the right side of the screen, click the "+" in front of Domain Host Summary.
- Click the link: Click here to see details or to modify.
- In the Host
box, put the first part of your dns. Eg. "ns1".
- Example: ns1.harveyhosting.com
- Input the ip address for your name server.
- Click Add New Host.
- Repeat for the next name server.
- Click Save Changes when done.
Your new name servers for your domain should be available within 24 to 48 hours.
